Blue Jay ABA in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our compassionate team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision, implement behavior plans, and help families at home.

This role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with the BCBA, ongoing training, and a growth-focused, respectful work environment. Flexible scheduling and benefits including health insurance and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals for sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
