Blue Jay ABA in Dunn, North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with ASD. This part-time role offers meaningful work in a collaborative team.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate with families to track progress. A compassionate, reliable approach and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor client progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
