Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Monroe, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and help implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with behavior therapy data collection is a plus.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA and follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software.

Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities
