Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. The role offers a pay range of $21.00–$27.00 per hour and a supportive, flexible schedule.

You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, run one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and collaborate with families while staying professional and dedicated to each client\'s growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client\'s progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
