Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) in San Diego seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with diverse learning needs across home, school, and community settings. You will provide 1:1 support, implement ABA plans under supervision, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

TES offers paid training, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, flexible scheduling, and clear growth opportunities within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with required auto insurance (25/50k).
• Ability to travel between client locations.
• Must pass DOJ/FBI background clearance.
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Use ABA strategies to support skill development in communication, social interaction, play and daily living skills.
• Track progress and maintain accurate daily documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Position Details

Role:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule:Part-time, Schools, Clinics, & In-home cases
Pay Range: $20.50 - $26.13/hour*
*Compensation is based on experience, education, certifications, and bilingual skills (if used regularly in the role).
