Total Education Solutions in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Part Time Behavior Technician to work afternoons/evenings (3pm-7pm). You will provide one-on-one ABA-based support to children on the autism spectrum and help them make meaningful progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Behavior Technician - Part Time (Afternoons/Evenings 3pm-7pm)
$19 - $23.99/hr *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don't worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their RBT certification.Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment).

• Work collaboratively with the client’s parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to take the RBT course and exam
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage) and have the ability to travel to multiple locations
• must clear IChat

Environment & Physical Qualifications:

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
