Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans and provide direct 1:1 therapy, collecting data to monitor progress and ensure consistency across the treatment team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, professional interaction, collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and contribution to individualized care plans within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or clearly stated for eligibility.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities
