Hidden-Light-Aba is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Texas. The role focuses on implementing planned interventions and delivering 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification, experience with developmental disabilities, and a solid understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, delivering compassionate, professional care in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in a compassionate, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.
• Assist in developing individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
