Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on directly delivering 1:1 intervention and collecting data to track progress under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification, experience with developmental disabilities, and a compassionate, professional approach to care within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques helpful.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals.
