Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring an RBT to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and help implement behavior intervention plans. The role offers highly flexible schedules tailored to your needs and the opportunity to be your own boss within a supportive team.

You will provide direct 1:1 therapy, collect data, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent implementation. A compassionate, professional approach and an RBT certification are required to join our growing

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
