Supervision toward BCBA

Job summary

Reach Higher ABA Utah, LLC in Rockville, MD is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with students with autism in Montgomery County Public Schools. You’ll implement behavior plans with BCBA supervision, collect daily data, and collaborate with teachers in a stable, school-based setting.

The role offers full- or part-time hours on school days with supervision toward BCBA; position is on-site in MCPS settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma, age 18 or older.
• School-based ABA experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass a full criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Current MCPS employees are not eligible.

• $25-$29/hr
• Paid supervision hours if you're working toward your BCBA
