Job summary

Get Set ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools within the Baltimore County area. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA and collect progress data to support client goals.

This role offers flexible per diem hours, access to BCBA supervision for fieldwork, reimbursement for licensing, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for career growth and advancement in training, networking, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
