Reach Higher ABA Utah, LLC is seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee ABA services in Montgomery County Public Schools, MD. You will manage FBAs, own each student’s behavior plan, and supervise RBTs district-wide.

The role requires active BCBA certification and MD LBA license, with 3+ years of school-based or clinical autism experience. You will present at IEP meetings and support teachers and paraprofessionals.

• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians.
• Completion of Maryland Online IEP training before start.

Reach Higher ABA is staffing BCBAs in Montgomery County Public Schools, Maryland's largest school system. You'll be the clinical lead for ABA services: running FBAs, owning each student's behavior plan and supervising our RBTs across the district.

What you'll do

Schedule and pay

• School days on the MCPS calendar (summers off)
• $100,000-$115,000 a year

What you need

• Active BCBA certification
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• At least 3 years of school-based or clinical experience with students with autism
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians
• Completion of Maryland Online IEP training before your first day (we'll set it up)
• Ability to pass a full criminal background check and fingerprinting
• Current MCPS employees aren't eligible
