As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, support communication, social and daily living skills, and document client progress while enjoying benefits like $25–$35 per hour, a $100 sign-on bonus, and ongoing supervision.

• Active RBT certification

About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
