Job summary

BH Field is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA direct services in multiple home settings in Norcross and Atlanta areas. Shifts are part-time, Monday–Friday with afternoon/evening hours, and compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with potential bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include implementing behavioral plans, data collection, collaborating with supervisees and families, and ensuring reliable transportation to client locations.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license.
• Willingness to commute to client locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a plus.

• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect data based on client behavior.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during behavioral assessment and in preparing learning materials.
• Seek consultation from supervisor to ensure effective treatment.

The job duties RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client’s behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
