Job summary

Behavioral Health Field is hiring RBTs for in-home ABA sessions in Norcross, Atlanta, and Alpharetta, GA. Shifts are part-time with hourly pay of $25–$30 and require reliable transportation. Roles involve direct services, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA and families.

Ideal candidates have 3+ months RBT experience, a valid RBT certification, and a driver’s license. Catalyst data tools are a plus, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more of experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on behavior.
• Communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and material preparation.
• Seek consultation to ensure effective treatment.

The job duties RBTs perform every day include:

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols
• Collecting and recording data based on the client's behavior
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.

What do you need?

• 3 months of more of experience as an RBT
