Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families. You will work 1:1 to strengthen communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

This hands-on role offers pay between $22 and $27 per hour based on experience, with both full-time and part-time options, earned PTO, and close BCBA supervision in a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified with our support).
• Reliable transportation within Ogden.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Ogden area.
