Aviation ABA Therapy seeks an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Ogden, UT, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the afternoon. Work closely with a supervising BCBA and family to support communication and daily living skills.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in‑home ABA therapy to children and families across Ogden and Weber County during afternoon hours. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based ABA strategies. This is a hands‑on, deeply rewarding role, and a vital part of helping children thrive in their own homes and communities.
