Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children in the Lehi and American Fork area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to develop communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Earned PTO, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for growth are offered. This role supports a compassionate culture focused on teamwork and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to become certified with our support).
• Reliable transportation within Lehi and American Fork area.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching.
• Record and collect data electronically after each session.
• Communicate with BCBA and clinical team regularly.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Lehi and American Fork area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands‑on role is impactful, rewarding, and a vital part of helping children thrive.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill‑building programs using play‑based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)
• Reliable transportation within Lehi and American Fork
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
