Job summary

Behavioral Bridges, a Finni Health company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person work in Waxhaw, North Carolina. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and help clients develop communication and life skills.

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
