Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA NJ is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services across Beverly, NJ. You will work directly with learners, caregivers, and a supervision team to implement individualized plans and monitor progress.

We offer a quick interview process, competitive pay between $25–$30 per hour, biweekly pay, and a strong support network, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) after 3 months, PTO, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to NJ homes.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks.
• Passion for ABA with empathy in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy under supervision.
