Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, and community settings around Little Rock, Arkansas. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and use positive reinforcement to build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus
• Experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding areas
• Background check and Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Little Rock and surrounding rural areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
