Job summary

Springboard ABA in Pine Bluff, Arkansas is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with families to promote communication, social skills and daily living abilities.

Flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or willing to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required; psychology/education coursework a plus.
• Experience with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow guidance and work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Pine Bluff and surrounding areas.
• Must pass a background check and Medicaid compliance training if applicable.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $19-$24 per hour (based on experience)
