Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sugar Creek, MO. In-home and in-school ABA therapy opportunities are available, with support for professional growth and client-focused outcomes.

The role requires an RBT license, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to pass a background check. This part-time position features evening shifts and locally traveling to clients.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Education

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $25-30/hour
• Part-Time: 15 hours/week
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm -6:30pm
• Location: Sugar Creek, MO

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
