Job summary

Apple ABA in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collect data, implement treatment plans, collaborate with families, and help create a safe, supportive environment. We offer a $250 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Pay Range: 25.00 - $30.00/hour
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
