Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home and in-school ABA therapy sessions.

You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure client success. A strong commitment to safety and positive outcomes is essential. This is a part-time evening role.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT license and certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate completed.
• CPR and First Aid certificates valid.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and/or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25-$30

• Part-Time: 10 hours a week-M-F

• Shifts: 5-7 pm

• Location: St Louis, MO

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.

• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.

• Ability to pass background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
