Job summary

Apple ABA in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, school, or clinic-based therapy. You will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions under the supervision of a BCBA and help collect data on client progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and team members to ensure client success, while maintaining a safe, positive environment and flexible scheduling that fits your availability.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: 25.00 - $33.00/hour

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
