Job summary

Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Marshall, MO. This role involves delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings, under BCBA supervision, and documenting client progress with families and team support.

The position offers part-time hours (20 hours/week) with shifts Monday–Friday 3:30pm–7:30pm, in Marshall, MO. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have experience with challenging behaviors, and possess CPR/First Aid certificates.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with clients who exhibit challenging behaviors (aggression, etc.).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21-29/hour
• Part-Time: 20 hours/week
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 3:30pm -7:30pm
• Location: Marshall, MO

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with clients who exhibit challenging behaviors, including aggression, hitting, kicking, spitting, and self-injurious behaviors, is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• 40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion.
• Valid CPR and First aid certificate.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
