Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services in Milledgeville, GA, is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and help children progress in a supportive setting.

This role offers flexible part-time scheduling, opportunities for professional development, and a focus on client success. A high school diploma is required, with RBT certification and ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have obtained an RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $26 - $30/hour
• Part-Time
