Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

About the Position

Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 5‑year‑old client for approximately 20 hours per week.

Hours

Mon – Fri (3:45‑6:45pm) & Sat (9am‑2pm)

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center‑based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7‑day and 30‑day new hire check‑in process
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
