Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is looking for a compassionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team in Port Lavaca, Texas. This part-time position involves working closely with a 6-year-old client, implementing ABA therapy, and supporting their developmental needs. Candidates should possess RBT certification and experience with applied behavior analysis.

The role offers flexible hours, typically Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM, along with weekends. This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a child's growth and development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect session data and document within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.

Hiring RBT's (Registered Behavior Technician)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Join Our Mission at Great Strides ABA: Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 6-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week.

Hours

Mon - Fri (4-7pm) & Saturday/Sunday (9am - 2pm)

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
