Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC in Durham, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We provide positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a child-centered setting.

We welcome both newcomers and experienced RBTs. Full-time and part-time positions are available with comprehensive training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
