Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA, LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work in homes and in the Greenwood community with learners in ABA programs. You’ll be the front-line support delivering high-quality services under supervision from BCBAs, helping with behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

We offer quick onboarding, a competitive pay range of $20–$25 per hour with biweekly pay, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (we cannot assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with learners
• Passion for doing ABA with intention and empathy toward learners, caregivers, and supervision team
