We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, with competitive pay rates from $20 to $25 per hour and biweekly pay. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision ensure you can grow while helping others.

• RBT credential with active or inactive status through BACB (we do not assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials).
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Indiana.
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with learners.
