Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the Fort Wayne area. Help our learners grow with empathetic, evidence-based ABA support and a collaborative team.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, competitive pay of $20-$25 per hour, flexible schedules, health, dental and vision insurance for full-time staff, a 401(k) after 3 months, PTO, and supervision from knowledgeable BCBAs as part of a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (we cannot assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check
• Passion for doing ABA with empathy and intention
