Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the Cedar Lake area. You’ll help learners with ABA programs, coordinating with supervising BCBAs and families to maximize progress and generalization in everyday settings.

We offer a quick onboarding, competitive pay ($20–$25/hour) with biweekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits after 30 days for full-time staff, plus 401(k) after 3 months and ongoing supervision and CE opportunities.

• RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB.
• Reliable transportation to homes within Indiana.
• Willingness to undergo a background and reference check.
