Job summary

Happy Hearts ABA in the Gary area seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support learners in homes and community settings. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team help you make a lasting impact on each learner's progress.

You’ll earn competitive pay, with a $100 sign-on bonus and a $250 onboarding bonus, and biweekly pay based on experience. Full-time staff receive health, dental, and vision after 30 days, plus a 401(k) after 3 months and PTO or unpaid time off as needed.

What you'll need to be successful:
