Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the South Bend area. You will work with children and teens on the autism spectrum, scheduling around families’ real weeks with after-school and early evening sessions.

Direct therapy pays $23/hour, with $10/hour allocated for training and meetings. Part-time, flexible hours and in-home sessions near you are available, with supervision toward BCBA.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT with active certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions.

Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – in-home ABA, South Bend area

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the South Bend area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $23/hour for direct therapy; $10/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.

• Collect session data and submit notes
