Achievements ABA Therapy is looking for a committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in Glendale, AZ. You will work with a BCBA supervisor, providing in-home and community-based interventions to children with autism.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection with Rethink software, timely reporting, and meticulous progress notes. A high school diploma is required, with a BA/BS preferred, and relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
