Achievements ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, report progress, and maintain meticulous records to track client development.

Qualifications

• RBT credential required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for accurate reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
