Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and community settings under a BCBA supervisor. You’ll collect data, track progress, and partner with families to help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
