Job summary

Achievemements ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism, working in-home and in community settings. You will collaborate with a BCBA supervisor and maintain meticulous progress data using Rethink software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Background check and verifiable references required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as an RBT to monitor client progress effectively.
