Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators for progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
