Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Trent Woods, NC. The role focuses on delivering individualized ABA sessions to children with autism, under supervision, and collaborating with families to support progress.

You will collect progress data, implement behavioral plans, and participate in ongoing training to maintain RBT certification while ensuring compliance with our policies.

Responsibilities
