Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles in Fort Mitchell, AL. You will work one-on-one with children with ASD and other needs, delivering play-based ABA services alongside a team of therapists under supervision. The role offers afternoon shifts, opportunities for supervision toward BCBA or SLP training, and a strong emphasis on growth and development within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion certificate preferred.
• CPR certification required with hands-on portion.
• Experience in mental health, child development, or education preferred.
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with ASD and other conditions to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in implementing play-based ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes.
• Receive training and supervision from a multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists.

Qualifications

• A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred
• Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion

• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education is preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
