HealthPro Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with ASD and other exceptionalities, delivering play-based ABA services alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy in Newport News and Hampton, VA.

The position offers part-time hours with potential to expand to full-time, with schedules including mornings or afternoons and optional weekend hours.

Formación

• A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred
• Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion
• Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education is preferred
• However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
• Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and everyday life skills
• Help children reach their goals and learn through play-based, individualized plans created by a BCBA
• Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes
• Receive training and supervision from a multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists while building experience in behavioral health and child development
