New Dawn ABA in St. Louis, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in in‑home and clinic settings. RBTs provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with paid training and flexible schedules including full-time and part-time positions.

What You’ll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children to help them build communication, social, and daily living skills.
