Job summary

New Dawn ABA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy for children. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling to fit your availability and supports ongoing mentorship within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related coursework preferred).
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and meet compliance requirements.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data during each session.
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.
