Job summary

Finni Health seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in O'Fallon, MO. This in-person, part-time role offers daytime and evening hours and pay ranging from $21 to $23 per hour, with flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

You will work closely with a BCBA, collect and analyze data on progress, and implement individualized interventions. The team emphasizes compassionate care, ongoing training, PTO and sick days, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification needed.
• CPR certification required and current.

As an RBT, you’ll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child\'s progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

What You’ll Need

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
• A passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
