Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. Must hold an active RBT certification at time of application.

We offer pay between $20 and $24 per hour based on experience, with full-time or part-time hours, flexible scheduling, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

• Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

• Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

• Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located
